I have spent my entire Forrest Yoga career demystifying a practise that we share with love. From that place I have been able to explore many other forms of well-being practises.

I decided to measure how well people felt after a Forrest Yoga Training. I understand that when we go through such deep processes, it can feel uncomfortable, and during that uncomfortable process we aren’t really sure whether or not something is good for us.
