Alchemy of the Sacred is a living practice space for anyone ready to meet themselves honestly. Whether you've never meditated before or you've been sitting for years, this is a place to go deeper, move slower, and wake up to what's already inside you.
No experience needed. Just show up.
How Every Session Works
Each Sunday we move through a complete sacred arc:
Meditation · Pranayama · Mantra · Ritual · Meditation
You stay in one unbroken meditative state the whole time. The breath opens you, the mantra anchors you, the ritual transforms you. By the end you'll understand why this is medicine and not just practice.
