Alchemy in Motion is an immersive yoga teacher training deeply focused on anatomy and biomechanics, guiding participants into a profound understanding of movement, alignment, and therapeutic applications.

Throughout this training, you will explore nervous system regulation and its crucial role in moving well and feeling safe within your body. Each module integrates Polyvagal Theory, emphasizing co-regulation techniques including partner yoga practices to foster deeper interpersonal connection and emotional resilience.

Each morning begins with meditation and pranayama practices, enriched by uplifting songs designed to regulate and elevate the nervous system and encourage co-regulation within the group.
