More than just a yoga teacher, Jambo transmits the keys of body language, through Forrest Yoga, Bodywork, meditation, traditional Chinese medicine. He literally reads you...

He sets up in his transmissions an incredibly soft hyper-secure space in a warm and very funny atmosphere.

The whole weekend is accessible to everyone, except Sunday morning which requires a first yoga experience. Saturdays and Sundays are particularly recommended for all energy therapists and yoga teachers who wish to develop. The weekend is flexible and can be followed à la carte.

Jambo does not speak French but translation will be provided.

Theme: Awakening the fire of the heart

Friday 6:30-9:00 p.m. Jambo invites us to explore spine extensions (backbends) and opening postures. This class offers the luxury of feeling the decompression of the vertebrae, using yoga postures with blocks, discovering the biomechanics of this area.

Saturday 10:30-13:00 Opening ceremony, pranayama and meditation, followed by a practice of standing poses to awaken the back chain and find stability in the legs, back and pelvis.

15:00-17:30 Energy work of heart-mind connection, acupressure to understand and heal our wounds... Learn to apply these techniques on students / patients.

Sunday 10:30-13:00 Opening ceremony, pranayama and meditation, followed by a practice of backbends to the wall and more adventurous inversions to initiate the opening of the heart.

15:00-17:30 Energy work of heart-mind connection, acupressure to understand and heal our wounds... Learn to apply these techniques on students / patients. A last afternoon in an atmosphere of deep and delicious relaxation.
