Join us for an introduction to Forrest Yoga Forrest Yoga is an adaptation of traditional yoga poses to suit the needs of modern day bodies. The sequences are designed for people with tightness in the neck, shoulders, lower back and hips. by modifying poses Forrest Yoga prior self on making yoga poses accessible by sharing several variations of the same pose. Forrest Yoga also focuses on developing internal strength by creating self empowerment through breathing and intent setting. Jambo brings his additional personal twist into the practice by sharing his experiences of an evidence based practice of biomechanics (movement). As a kinesiologist, Jambo includes addressing our personal human potential by teaching through developing and understanding of our own personal anatomy. Forrest Yoga is a self healing practice that addresses how to do poses to work with our physical needs, and how to hold ourselves for our emotional and psychological needs. Expect this class to be lighthearted and fun.
