For us aspiring bodyworkers who would like to learn how to put bodywork formulas together. Here you will learn basic bodywork techniques that will help you build the foundations of your practice, with the added possibility of attending online.

Day 2: Deep Tissue Techniques
A collection of techniques from the world of Teigger Points & Sports Massage
Day 3: Aromatherapy & Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Introduction to Clinical Aromatherapy
The benefits of using oils for musculoskeletal and somatic style treatments
Day 4: Moving Fascia
Myofascial release techniques to structural muscles of the hips and shoulders
An Inteoduction to Reflexology - the ultimate guide to pre & post surgery care.
