Bliss Bodywork Basic Moves 2023

The 5 day training helps aspiring bodyworkers who would like to learn how to put bodywork formulas together. You don't need to have any massage practice as long as you want to learn this course is suitable for you!

Here you will learn basic bodywork techniques that will help you build the foundations of your practice.

What you will learn:

• A combination of the massage strokes for building a foundation to your practice. Swedish Body massage, Aromatherapy, Tui Na
• Deep Tissue Techniques. A collection of technique from the world of Trigger Points and Sports Massage
• Muscle Testing
• Aromatherapy & Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Introduction to Clinical Aromatherapy, the benefits of using oils for musculoskeletal and somatic style of treatments
• Myofascial release techniques to structural muscles of the hips and shoulders. An introduction to reflexology, the ultimate guide to pre & post surgery care

Training Schedule:

• 10.00-12.30: Ceremony, Meditation, and Yoga
• 12.30-14.30: Lunch Break
• 14.30-18.00: Bodywork
