Alchemy of Bodywork

Alchemy of Bodywork is the evolution of what many people previously knew as Bliss Bodywork.

It is a bodywork system that brings together structural anatomy, meridian theory, nervous system regulation, and somatic awareness. The aim is simple and practical. The practitioner creates the right conditions for the body to reorganise itself.

Rather than forcing change through strong manipulation, Alchemy of Bodywork works through precise contact, stillness, and observation. When the body receives stable support it often reveals where tension lives and how it wishes to release.
