Alchemy of Motion Training

Alchemy in Motion is an immersive yoga teacher training deeply focused on anatomy and biomechanics, guiding participants into a profound understanding of movement, alignment, and therapeutic applications.

Throughout this training, you will explore nervous system regulation and its crucial role in moving well and feeling safe within your body. Each module integrates Poly-vagal Theory, emphasising co-regulation techniques including partner yoga practices to foster deeper interpersonal connection and emotional resilience.

Each morning begins with meditation and pranayama practices, enriched by uplifting songs designed to regulate and elevate the nervous system and encourage co-regulation within the group. Following this, you will engage in yoga and functional movement-inspired sequences specifically designed to help you embody the anatomical teachings of the training.

Afternoons are dedicated to exploring theoretical concepts, refining teaching methodologies, and developing hands-on assists as therapeutic interventions. Practical guidance on managing common injuries and conditions is woven into each module, empowering you with confidence to support diverse student needs effectively.
