This pathway blends science, intuition, and somatic awareness, allowing practitioners to develop an advanced skill set that integrates structural bodywork, energy release, and functional movement.

Each 5-day bodywork training offers a deep dive into one structural muscle — exploring its anatomy, its relationships across the kinetic chain, and its role in both physical and emotional well-being.
 

We begin with origin and insertion, antagonists and synergists, and how these structures interact with yoga postures, walking mechanics, and everyday movement patterns.
 

From there, we move into the subtle body — studying acupressure points, emotional imprints, and the muscle’s influence on the nervous system through trigger points, neurovascular and neurolymphatic reflexes, and cranial holds that help unwind deep-seated patterns.
 

Participants will leave each training with practical movement sequences inspired by yoga and biomechanics, designed to rewire somatic patterns, restore functional strength, and nurture emotional resilience.
 

These trainings are crafted for those fascinated by the meeting point where the physical body and the unseen realms of healing intertwine — where gross anatomy becomes a bridge to subtle transformation.

In addition to in-person bodywork trainings, Alchemy of Bodywork includes the Bliss Bodywork
