About the event
This Forrest Yoga Immersion is a collection of technqiues drawn from the rich tapestry of the Forrest Yoga method. Created by Ana Forrest with a trauted lineage through her personlly selected Forrest Yoga Guardian Teachers, this training will immerse yoga practitioners into some of the key poses that are unique to Forrest Yoga.
You will learn:
- unique poses to Forrest Yoga
- unique abdominals to create an unquestionably strong core
- Forrest Yoga sequwncing method
- Forrest Yoga verbal cueing
- Forrest Yoga theraptuic hands on assists
In this program you will have the opprtunity to work with 2 Forrest Yoga Guardians and our Indonesian graduate teachers.
Yoga classes will be taught predominantly in Indonesian with English to Indonesian translation for the afternoon teaching practicum.
