I am passionate about Anatomy, Bodywork, Ceremony and Forrest Yoga, and I truly believe that passion is relayed back to you through the exciting content that I post. My style of yoga asana is inspired by Forrest Yoga and infused with movement patterns to help you better understand your own anatomy. Expect functional movement patterns to help set up a modern day body for traditional practises.
