Introduction
Our Code of Ethics outlines the principles and standards guiding our professional practice. We are committed to providing a respectful, supportive, and empowering environment for all participants.
Professional Conduct
-
Foundations: Every session begins with a review of human movement principles, essential for understanding the potential of the human experience.
-
Holistic Approach: We use strategic methods involving yoga poses, bodywork, and meditation, addressing the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the human body and mind.
Practitioner Responsibilities
-
Training and Qualifications: All listed practices are performed by trained and insured professionals. Ongoing professional development is maintained through courses, mentorship, and supervision.
-
Respect and Encouragement: Participants are invited and encouraged, but never forced. Limits are honored, especially when trauma is detected.
-
Participation and Growth: Resistance to personal growth that impacts others is not tolerated. Participants are encouraged to engage deeply, but refusal to do so will result in reconsideration of their participation.
Participant Responsibilities
-
Health and Safety: Participants must fill out health forms detailing injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, and preferences for hands-on assistance. This information ensures better support and safety.
-
Involvement in Demonstrations: Trainees may be recorded during demonstrations. Consent is required, and participants can opt out of being filmed.
Learning and Development
