These practises are longer with many adventurous poses to work with. This is a journey of courage to work with your body and stories. By using longer yoga sessions, practitioners have the opportunity to dive deeper into their personal journey of yoga.

Teachers new to teaching Forrest Yoga will be able to call their classes 'Forrest Yoga Inspired' yoga after successfully completing the Advanced Training.
